I recently subscribed to Spotify, I had some trouble while signing up... and I’m now being billed for two separate accounts on two separate credit cards. Can i verify which account is associated to which credit card? Can I be credited the charges for the one account that has never been used?

Sounds like you have two Spotify accounts set up with your information. You can try following these steps to see if you can find the log in details for each account.


You can check which card is linked to which account by logging in here. You'll see the last 4 digits of the card used for the account.


Once you find the accounts and you know which one you'll be keeping, you can cancel the subscription on the account you don't need.
