My Question or Issue

I have an automatic payment set up for monthly renewal. The amount was deducted from my account but the Spotify app says the payment did not go through and hence, my plan has been downgraded.

First, what’s the status of your account? You can check by going here. If it states Premium, can you let me know if you are able to access your Premium features on the app? 

If it states Free, check your Receipts page to check if you see any recent charges posted there.
