No button to activate Hulu?

The button to activate Hulu just isn't there eventhough it says that I have the Student Spotify and being charged 4.99 plus tax. Spotify works just fine just can't activate Hulu.

Hey @jbarras123, welcome to the Community!

You should be able to activate Hulu from your Account Overview. You should see an option to link your account to Hulu. From there, you'll just need to input your Hulu info.

If you have any trouble, try using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference.

I have the same issue. I do not have the button or an option to choose to link Hulu and Spotify. I tried using an incognito window as well and the same results.

Can you let us know if the same thing happens on a different device?
We'd also recommend trying a different network, different browser, and an incognito window after clearing any cache/cookies.

Hey Melody,

I seem to be having this problem as well. As of 4/15/18, I have been charged the 4.99+tax for the Spotify + Hulu service, but still no button to activate Hulu.
