No email warning when student discount ends and price goes up

I'm feeling quite short changed that there's no notification email to let you know when your year of student discount ends and you need to renew it or start being charged the full rate. I've spent a couple of months being charged the full rate when I'm still a student - I feel like it's quite cheeky and a little dishonest of Spotify not to let its customers know!

Welcome to the forums, and sorry you feel like that!

If you are still a student you could get in touch with Spotify and explain to them your issue. 

Also, if  you believe you are eligible for a refund, please get in  contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
