No icon yet have premium

I have upgraded to premium this morning. Paid by debit card. I play Spotify thru Sonos at home or b/tooth in the car. Now my app says I'm offline. I couldn't find anywhere to go 'online'. I deleted the spotify app to reinstall. But it won't show the icon on my iPhone. I'm in a panic. Please help!
