No longer a student

I used spotify student discount for a while but now am no longer a student. I need to update my credit card information in the app, but I can't get past the "we can't verify you're a student" page. However, I would still like premium. Not sure what to do.

No worries, help's here 🙂 If you are no longer a student and when updating your payment details it asks you to re-verify your student details, you can resolve this issue by canceling your current subscription. Once canceled, you should be able to update or change your payment details.
