No longer able to create a radio station

My Question or Issue

 I am no longer able to create a radio station.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify on my computer and it did not help.  I get a photo of a woman sleeping on the beach.

The radio feature was the reason I purchased a subscription.  I'm not interested if this feature is no longer available.
