When the system is not registering the card, it's possible that the card doesn't meet all the requirements for the transaction to be completed. First, we'd recommend taking a look at this article to check if we've already covered all basic scenarios.
If so, and the issue persists, we'd suggest trying it on a different device, from an incognito/private window or even from a different Wi-Fi network to see if it makes any difference.
Lastly, if the card is not getting registered still, it could be related to a blockage or payment limitation in your account. In this case, since we don't have access to users' accounts in the Community; we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly so they can check the account and look for any restrictions.

me pasa lo mismo, estoy hace una semana intentando pagar y no me deja, ya probé todo lo que recomiendan y no hay solución

Thanks for reaching out. If your attempts are repeatedly unsuccessful, wait at least an hour or two and then try again. Repeated failed attempts can lead to your account getting locked and the system automatically rejecting all payment attempts. If you have a VPN, deactivate it. If different payment methods don't work with the steps provided by @OscarDC, then you can reach out to our support team via the link he provided.
