Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

In order for the payment to go through successfully, make sure that: 

  • Your card has sufficient funds and meet all of the requirements listed in this support article.
  • Your card is open for foreign, recurring and online payments. You may need to double-check this with your bank.
  • Your credit card is issued in the same country as the country of their Spotify account. You can check your account's country settings on your account page.

Once you've checked these, you can try subscribing again using: 

  • An incognito/private window as it doesn't keep that info saved
  • A different browser
  • A different device.
  • A different payment method (if available). You can find out more info on the different payment methods you can use in this article.

If you're still not able to pay, can you provide a screenshots with the message you're getting as this will also be helpful to identify what's causing the issue?  Make sure not to post any sensitive information.
