I asking for premium and choose payment using pulse but not received any message for verification

It sounds like you're trying to pay by mobile. First, make sure that you go to this website to upgrade to Premium. If it doesn't work after choosing to pay by mobile, we suggest that you talk to your mobile carrier as they'd be the ones managing your payment.
