No notification sent after my student discount ended

Hello,

So, I forgot the student discount only lasts for 1 year, and after that the price goes back to $9.99. I was reading the FAQ about student discount, and I was supposed to be notified that my student discount would be ending. I checked my email and searched for any email I got from Spotify, and I didn't see one.

I recently updated my student discount, but is there anyway I could get $5.00 back? I didn't get a notification that my subscription was about to end, and I only realized I was charged $9.99 was when I was checking my bank account.
