My Question or Issue

 

Ok, so I had a spotify family account, and there is a receipt for a payment on 5 september, but it wasn't paid from my account, which makes me think it might not have had enough money in it. BUT I never got an email saying the payment bounced, I checked my entire inbox. Today, 9 days later, my premium is gone, it just says I have free spotify and nothing else. Family members have the same. What do I do? Will they try to do the payment again or do I just take a new spotify account? Could it have something to do with the new Family terms?

Hi @ev25,

 

No, don't make a new account. Just login to your account via the website and check your subscription. If it's free, click get spotify family.

 

You can also check other details like all your receipts.
