My Question or Issue

No payment option seems to work. I've tried PayPal and two credit cards. I have tried all payment options in incognito mode as well, as similar threads suggest.

Error Message

The payment form outputs the following error message: "Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method."

Hey @Einherje, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Sorry to hear about this. Could you try paying for Premium by creating a new account here? Please also check your bank statements to see if you're being charged even though it says Payment Failed. If it works on that new account, I'll suggest some more steps.
