No premium option except student or family plan

My Question or Issue

My debit card info got stolen, so they froze my account and I missed a payment. When I went to add a payment option, it keeps taking me to a $15 family premium option. However, the plan I was on before was $10. I've seen a page for this option and clicked "Get premium," but it keeps taking me to that family page. Is the $10 plan no longer an option or something? If so, why would it still be advertised?

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
