My Question or Issue

I have the receipt that I payed for Spotify Premium last month on the 22nd of May. It's been working perfectly fine but when i logged in today it said I only had a free user/account and asked on startup if I wanted to get premium. Last time I checked, when you pay for a month you do get a full month of listening, right?

Worth mentioning is that only a week after the last payment my account was hacked. It got resolved pretty fast and until now everything's been perfect.

I have tried and checked everything the support/help site offered to help me with, but I don't get it.

It says under receipts that I payed 99kr 22/05/18, so technically I should still be having premium. But I don't.

Hey again @Anamorphius,

Thanks for the info! I think this could have something to do with the unauthorised person gaining access to your account. I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify support by following the steps here. They should be able to take a look at what's going on backstage.

Hey @Anamorphius,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

 Hello @Luke , I have logged in and out and tried with both my FB and my username. It is one of the steps the official site offered, so, as stated above, I've tried it. More than once.

 

Here are some screenshots of my receipts both in my email and on my site when I log in on the Spotify website.
