 Seems like spotify did an automatic update and now I am not premium anymore.

does everyone have this problem?

Also strange is that spotify is still occupying 15 gb of my storage space on my phone. But obv. I can’t access the offline data.

wondering if there’s a serious bug in the new spotify update? But that would mean 200 million posts on the forum of users who can’t use it. Apart from the backend programming errors i assume the problem lies on my side. Question is who to contact to find out what’s wrong if billing and everything is correct. Any email adresses for support? Hotlines? Anyone who can tell my when i do fb login why my user is a weird number and not my emailadress. Did i got hacked? Did spotify got hacked? Did user data leak? I’m assuming the worst!

I logged in like always with facebook and why does my user is a number and my account says subscription: free?
