Oops no help

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

 

We'd first recommend logging out and back in to your Spotify account to shake things up. 

 

If you're still seeing your account as Free, we'd suggest making sure you're logged in the right account. You can follow the steps provided in this Spotify Answer to do so.
