No puedo acceder a mi cuenta premuim

Hola soy subscriptora de preium desde hace mas de 2 años y este mes no puedo acceder a mi cuenta premium, sin embargo el cobro mensual si que me lo han pasado.

Agradeceria que me restauraran la cuenta lo antes posible.

If you can't see your Premium features, check the following:

• Log out and back into your account
• Check the status of your subscription
• Check the status of your payment
• Check that your Premium subscription isn’t on another account
