If the other user is having issues joining your Premium Duo plan, you might want to check if the address they're entering matches the one on your account page. Also, make sure the countries registered in your accounts also match.

 

If you're still having issues, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
