Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.


Based on what you've described, we understood that you've subscribed to Premium plan but you're still hearing ads. 

One of the main features of the Premium subscription is the ability to listen to your favorite music Ad-free. By saying that it's not working this way for you, you got us thinking that you might be logged into another account that doesn’t have Premium. Can you please double check that you've upgraded on this account?


In order to do that, go ahead and view your plan and payments on your account page, under Your plan - you should see Premium there. If that's not what you're seeing on but you know you've subscribed, can you try locating your other account with the steps here?

On another note, it's worth mentioning that Spotify doesn't play advertisements for our Premium users but some podcasts may include ads in their content. It's up to the podcast creators if they would like to have third-party advertising, host-read endorsements or sponsorship messages in their episodes. More info can be found in this support article.
