En este caso, nos gustaría que remuevas los dispositivos que tienes habilitados para escuchar sin conexión aquí. Luego, vuelve a reinstalar la aplicación siguiendo estos pasos (asegúrate de remover tu tarjeta SD mientras lo haces).
Una vez lo hayas hecho, podrás descargar tus canciones en tu dispositivo sin inconvenientes.

Hola a mi me pasa lo mismo e hice lo que ustedes dicen pero aun asi no puedo reproducir mi musica sin conexion ayuda!!!!
Yo tengo el mismo problema! No me permite escuchar la música que ya tengo descargada si no tengo internet 🙄🙄

Sorry to hear that you're having such an experience with the app.
We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app. Please follow the steps from this Spotify Guide exactly, as this will assure that all app data is cleared completely, before reinstalling. Note that this will clear all downloaded songs and you'll have to re-download them.
Also, make sure that Battery optimization is not enabled for Spotify from the system app settings, as well as that the app is granted all permissions. These settings could be hindering the performance of the app.
Check if there are any scheduling apps which clear cache regularly, and disable those for Spotify.

Sinceramente me parece molesto las soluciones que dan, pésimo servicio, con Youtube music no tengo ese problema, sinceramente se me parece más fácil dejar de usar spotify que hacer sus "soluciones" que ni han de servir, porque también pasa en los otros dispositivos que tengo agregados.
Me voy a TIDAL porque esta app esta de la vrg pagas y te dan soluciones mediocres
