No puedo ingresar a Premium y ya pague

Ya pasaron más de 24hrs y ya me llegó el correo, pero no tengo Premium en App; mejor quiero el reembolso. En donde me pueden ayudar?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
