Hace días que intento pagar mi suscripción y no puedo. Probé con diferentes tarjetas (las cuales tienen saldo), en modo incógnito e incluso con un navegador diferente.

I hope you don’t mind me replying in English. Have you tried a different network connection (such as a different wifi network)?

 

If that doesn’t work, the last thing we could try is a different account. If the payment  works on there, I’ll suggest steps on how to transfer all of your existing content from your old account to the new one.
