No puedo utilizar spotify sin conexion a internet

My Question or Issue

Soy un cliente que ha utilizado spotify por años, hace un mes aproximadamente volvi a renovar el plan premium personal, ya que me encontraba en uno familiar y todo funciona perfecto, si utilizo Spotify desde la aplicación para escritorio y web, funciona, pero el problema esta en mi celular, cuando mi celular no tiene conexion a internet, me aparece un mensaje que mi suscripcion premium esta en pausa y que debo de cancelar mi premium, el plan se renovará el 4/04/2019, adjunto capturas de pantalla, quisisera saber porque esta sucediendo esto.

I hope you don't mind me replying in English. Can you try having a clean reinstall of the app to see if that does the trick? I'd also recommend making sure you're logged in with the right account. I'd recommend checking out this Support Article to find out whether you have an additional account.
