How long ago did you make the Oxxo payment? Sometimes, it can take up to 72 hours for Premium to appear on your account after making the payment.

 

If you still don't have Premium after this time, go back to the Oxxo where you made the payment and make sure everything went smoothly.

 

If so, reach out to us on Twitter with a picture of the receipt.
