Non trovo il mio account Premium

Buongiorno,

A febbraio ho richiesto la prova dell'abbonamento premium per tre mesi. Dopo circa due settimane mi è arrivata una notifica secondo cui avrei dovuto modificare il Paese (Vivevo in Spagna prima, adesso in Italia). Dopo aver modificato il paese mi sono ritrovata un account free, pensavo si fosse annullato automaticamente. Invece ieri mi sono stati addebitati €9,99 per l'abbonamento. Potreste aiutarmi ad accedere al mio account Premium? Ho provato tutte le procedure ma non riesco. Grazie mille e buona giornata

Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features. 

Follow these ways to find other accounts. This will help you access your Premium account.
