Not able to buy spotify premium

Whenever I try to buy Spotify premium, I enter my address and it keeps saying "enter a valid address". I have tried everything, different browser, incognito, different device, and nothing works, I tried entering a different address of somewhere nearby and it does not work. I want Spotify premium, but it just won't let me please help.
