Not able to change payment source


Hey all,


Ive been trying to change my payment source with no success. When I go to update the card information it all goes through but then brings me to a "Tell us about yourself" page which has a field for your college. You CAN NOT bypass this page if you do not put in your school. 

I had a college discount, which expired about two years ago, but has since gone back to the usual $9.99 a month. Obviously, I have no university to put into that field. Nor would it pass the student confirmation check.


So basically, HALP!

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
