Not able to get spotify premium free trial

My Question or Issue

Hello, I'm trying to start the premium 3 month free trial and I pay with paypal and I get this error message : "We weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time. Please try again later." My credit card is verified in paypal and I also tried in other browser and incognito mode and still getting this error. I also use the same country in paypal and in spotify. Please help me to get the premium free trial.
