Not able to pay premium after 3 months

I canceled my premium account 3 moths ago because I had to cancel that card. Now I've been trying to pay premium for 3 months with the new card in it always reject the payment,  already followed up all the solutions provided in the help center. At the end I called the bank and they said that the payment is going trhough but is spotify the one rejecitng it. I would appreciate if someone could help me with this.

Just to confirm, are you subscribing to normal Premium? Also, are you trying to use a promotional offer?
