Not able to pay with PaySafecard or DotPay

Not able to pay with PaySafecard or DotPay

Hello
My name is Jacek and I am a Spotify user from Poland.
I've been using the Premium version for over 2 years. I've always extended my subscription via internet transfer (no credit card, no paypal but  przelewy24.pl / dotpay ). Unfortunately, today I cannot find a place on the website where I could choose this payment option. Has anything changed?
Best regards,
Jacek

So what is the choice of other payment methods if we only want to pay for
one month of premium and we do not want to buy a subscription? Is it a form
of forcing Spotify users from Poland to buy a subscription?

So basically with this change you will lose a lot of customers me included great move cheers!

Pre-paid was my preferred option of payment for Spotify. I really liked Spotify Premium but I won't switch to credit card payment. So... it seems that it's time to switch my music service, maybe finally I'll try some hi-quality alternatives to actually check out my new headphones 😊

Best luck Spotify 👋

Hey folks,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Even though PaySafeCard and DoPay are not available to pay for Premium in Poland, you can still get a physical gift card from stores such as Media Expert, Inmedio or Kolporter.

If anything else comes up, we're always a message away.

Cheers 🙂
