Not able to purchase premium outside home country

I am not able to purchase a premium account. 

I am from South Africa and registered for a free Spotify account in South Africa. I moved to Chile recently, and was notified I would have to change countries on my Spotify account to continue using it. Did that, now registered in Chile. 

I want to upgrade to a premium account, but I do not have a Chilean bank account, only South African. I am not able to change my country back to South Africa so that I can use my South African credit card to buy a premium account.

Please help.

The only way to do is, is by using a Proxy or a VPN to spoof your location to South Africa, then you can change your account's country back to South Africa.
