Not being able to subscribe

I tried renewing my subscription to spotify premium. I have sufficient balance for the subscription but spotify says i have insufficient balance even though i have more than enough load for the subscription

Try this:

1. Log out and then log in.

2. Insert all credit card data again

3. Log out and log in again.

Tell me how did it go.

Its still doesn't work. I already tried logging out

Try to subscribe in an incognito window or with a different browser.
