Not being charged 4.99 but 10.99 for student account

I have been a spotify student, premium member for a year but now I am being charged 10.99. I need a reversal charge for the month of january and want to be put back on the 4.99 payment plan.

Glad to have you on the Community. 

Since you mention you've had it for a while, it seems to me your Student Discount is expired. It's only valid 12 months at a time, you can read this in the T&C's 🙂
