Regarding 3-month Spotify Premium for RM 2.00 offer: it tells me that I've tried premium, but I've never tried it before. I also do not share my account with anyone, I know I haven't had an ad-free Spotify. How do I fix this?

Hey @rainaria,

 

Your payment method has likely been used for Spotify in the past. I'd recommend using an alternate payment method 🙂

Can't even try, since the error bar is at top.

"It looks like you've taken a trial before, which means you aren't eligible for this offer. But you can still get Spotify Premium."

 

If I try to pay, they'll charge me not at the rate.

Can you post the page URL and a screenshot of the page?


I'd also recommend trying it another browser and/or another device.

Have you had Premium before through a third party or a prepaid payment method?

Nope, I have never had Spotify premium, ever.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can take a look at your account.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
