My Question or Issue

Hi,

 

My latest payment got declined by my card because I had reached the payment limit, so I raised it and tried to get another Duo subscription. My mother and I (yes, I know it's meant for couples, but we live under the same house for the time being) use Spotify Premium daily (me on my phone and laptop, her on her Echo Dot speaker), and I learned that I wasn't eligible for this subscription anymore for no apparent reason. I don't want a Family subscription as only 2 of us listen to Spotify, and we're only 5 in my family anyway.

Any way I can get around this and get access to this subscription again ? That would be very much appreciated.
