My Question or Issue

I am trying to update my plan by switching my sim operator. However, upon trying to update my new sim operator as my new payment method, I am being told that my payment failed or that I'm not eligible for this plan. Yes, my sim operators & my Spotify account are both registered in the same country & it had sufficient balance. Also, I tried updating this on a different device and in incognito mode, but nothing is working. I need to update my plan fast or else it will get canceled as I no longer use the former sim. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community!

 

Just to confirm, are you trying to switch from an existent Premium subscription to another and you're currently paying by a third party? 

 

If that's the case, keep in mind that you need to cancel your plan with them and wait for the subscription to end before changing to a new one.

 

If that's not the case, let us know as much info as you can and we'll be happy to help.

My account is not renewing. I tried to pay with Grameen Phone. It failed. Then tried with City Bank master card. Failed! Do you know any issue with Spotify !
