My Question or Issue

whenever I got to this link https://www.spotify.com/ca-en/googlehome/redeem/ to try and get the free google home mini, I am told I am not eligible for that offer then shows me the Premium Plan except I have the Family Plan.  It was a recent change, I went from Premium to Family just a few weeks ago.  I wanted to get my mom and dad Spotify, so switching was a no brainer.  I just want to know why I cannot get the free google home mini that I am hearing we should get.  I did not even get an email notification about it.
