Not enough money on bank account

My Question or Issiue

I had not enough money on my bank account, so spotify tried to take it but it did not work. I still have Premium but i dont know how i should pay for this month.

Hi @emilrast, thanks for writing!

If a regular Spotify payment doesn’t go through on the usual renewal date you’ll receive an email notification but you won't immediately lose your subscription. Spotify will keep trying to take the payment over the next few days.
