Not my credit card

Not my credit card

I singles up for the free trial at work in the office computer so we could listen to music in the store (coffee shop). Now I have been somehow signed up for the premium version but I never entered a credit card number or any billing info. There is somehow a card attached to my account that is not my card and a VERY long user ID name that I did not enter. It’s still my profile with my email and birthday though. Where did this information come from? Will someone be charged?

Hi @Stacey10, thanks for writing!

That's odd. If the credit card is not yours, I guess the best thing to do is cancel the subscription.

You can also follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
