Not qualified for individual premium package & not accept new card?

hello:) I am having issues with "not being qualified for the individual premium package" I am only one user. I have been on the forums, and done everything they asked me to do, like to log out of every single device, but nothing helps. I also have to change my payment information because I just moved from Spain to Norway and am currently using a Spanish debit card. When I try to select Spain as the country in the payment information, the website rejects it and puts it back to Norway.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If you're residing in Norway, it won't be possible to activate a subscription with a payment method other than a one issued in your current country of residence. You'll need a Norwegian credit card.
