Not sure if I am eligible for the 99p premium offer

Info: I have only used the 1 month free trial on my account. I have never signed up to premium before

So I dont know from what page I clicked the "3 month 99p premium offer", but when the page opened at the top it said something like "you are not eligible for this offer"...strange. So on Google I type in "Spotify 99p premium", click the first link and that "not eligible" message is not ther anymore.

Not sure what is going on here....am I eligible or not? I heard someoe got charged full price as he thought he could use this special offer. 

Need some clarification please 🙂

If you have subscribed to the Premium or Unlimited service or have taken a 30-day free trial offer or 60-day free trial offer previously, you are ineligible for this Introductory Trial Offer. You may also be ineligible for this Introductory Trial Offer if you have taken other previous trial offers offered by Spotify.

oh so free version counts as premium sign up? Thats a shame but.... wouldnt Spotify want me spending £2.97 on their software?

Nope! Free user's can claim the offer, but current Free user's who've had the 30 day Premium trial cannot.
