Nothing is downloading on Spotify Premium

My Question or Issue

I got spotify premium and all was well and I could download music and listen to it offline, but I made the mistake of accidentally deleting the spotify files in my phone, which I guess un-dowloaded all my songs. I had to re-log into Spotify but now nothing will download, it just stays at 0% complete. I've tried turning the download feature off and on but nothing will work.

Does logging out > restart device > log back in make a difference?

If you have deleted some files accidentally for spotify in your phone then maybe try and uninstall spotify and reinstall it again and it may solve the issue you are having, also try clear your cache on spotify as sometimes this coiuld help you also.
