Offline mode not working

Hello

I have had spotify premium on this iphone 6 since october 2015. I noticed earlier this week when I set it to offline mode, that it immediately said "go online within 13 days", not the maximum of 30 days you should see when you first enter offline mode.

I have continued to use spotify on the device, intermittently switching between offline and online, yet the "go online within" days continue to count down? It is now down to 10 days as of this afternoon.

My spotify premium is linked to a 24 month Fido phone plan and is confirmed to end October 15, 2017, so I do not understand why as of now it says I have 10 days left when it should be reset at 30 whenever the app is reconnected online and obviously syncing or streaming from your servers.

Please advise.
