My Question or Issue
So as per your stupid system (yes, I'm NOT impressed), it isn't possible to change the payment date.
The only thing I could do, was to unsubscribe for two weeks, and then resubscribe.
So I did what I was told, I waited until it was the 1'st of march, and subscribed, and now this completely ridiculous system tells me it will renew on the 28'th of march. Come on, I mean, what is going on here??? It was past midnight on the 1'st of march, you can not run a business like this, and just pick a random (wrong) date for renewing this.
Can't handle timezone, solar flares, cosmic radiation, what's the current excuse for this?
I can refer you to decent programmers if need be.

It sounds like you were charged the 28th even if you made sure you waited until the 1st of March. This may have been caused by the proximity of dates when you upgraded closely after midnight.
As this help article explains, there's not way to change the billing date other than cancelling and waiting for the date you want to be charged. Since you were recently charged, we suggest that you check out our refund policy here to make things easier. You'll find means of further assistance from there as well.
