I was on the student plan paying $5 a month and now all of a sudden I notice a $15 Spotify charge on my card. I then logged into Spotify to see that I have been upgraded to the Family Premium Plan without asking for it. This is very annoying. And on top of that, Spotify is apparently a company that refuses to have something as simple as phone lines to help their customers.
I want to be put back on the student plan and I want my money refunded to me. Charging someone for something they didn't ask for is stealing and it's not acceptable.
