Old account connected to card

I've noticed since march i have had monthly payments for premium. However, I have canceled that account and opened a family account with a different Spotify account. Is that anyway for me to get the credit to my new account due to how I have forgotten the login for the old account. Thank you.

If the old account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

If it wasn't, try logging in with the username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is the old one with the old subscription.
