Old account still being charged

My daughter canceled her account in December but I am still being charged. She got a new phone and once we redirect her old account to a new account then we will upgrade. At this point I need to be reimbursed for Jan/Feb since she has not had access to Spotify premium. Please help.

See if you can get a hold of someone via the chat function: https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/?contact

 

They should be able to fix it within minutes.
