Old profile and debit card

 I had a profile but i lost its e-mail etc. and i created a new profile and tried to get premium but couldn't. I used this card at other profile's premium and now it is not working at this account.

 

Please help me in two days or i will be changed my music app.

Hello @Engincan

 

You have to contact Spotify directly by using the contact form or @SpotifyCares on Twitter. They will help you to remove your old account so you can use your card again.

 

 

I sent a ticket but they did nothing.
