On my phone I pressed get more skips and it did it right away did it do 30 day trial or actual?

I was on my phone and pressed get more skips. It did not tell me if it was the real premium or the 30-day trial. I am worried that I paid for the real one and not the 30-day trial because it did not tell me. How much months does this last and do I have to pay for each month if it's the real premium? I am really worried about this. I have never bought the real premium or the free trial.
